Caution...

America has discovered Montana.   Don't wait until the last minute to make your reservations.  It's a good idea to have your summer itinerary completed by the preceding January.  It is very disappointing to reserve a cabin and then find out you can't get a seat on a plane.

BRETT AND JANE TATE SKIP OUT ON RENT PAYMENT.

In December, 2006 Brett Tate, President of Titus Holdings, Ltd., Eureka, Whitefish, Gallatin Gateway and Lakeside, Montana, and his wife, Jane Tate, rented Rainbow Cabin at The Trout Club, Gallatin Gateway, MT 59730.  The rental was to end on May 19, 2007.

On May 18th the Tates skipped out without paying the rent due for April and May.

The Tates moved to the Howlin Mad Moon Resort in Cameron, where they skipped out during the night of October 18, 2007.  They may now have relocated to the Big Sky Resort area.

Kevin Elkins of Houston, Tx reports that the Tates took him for $10,000 about 3 years ago.
