In December, 2006 Brett Tate, President of Titus Holdings, Ltd., Eureka, Whitefish, Gallatin Gateway and Lakeside, Montana, and his wife, Jane Tate, rented Rainbow Cabin at The Trout Club, Gallatin Gateway, MT 59730. Agreed rental was $1,000 per month plus all utilities and firewood consumed. The rental was to end on May 19, 2007.

On May 18th the Tates skipped out without paying the rent due for April and May.
