| When the C-B Ranch was built in 1971 the basic idea
was to create a restful retreat for vacationing fly fishermen and horseback riders. We
were lucky enough to find a truly beautiful spot in the Madison River Valley. The lodge and cabins are situated where Indian Creek comes out of
the Madison range which rises to 11, 000 feet behind us. Our buildings are at 5,000 feet
and the valley stretches out below us. From the far side we look to the peaks of the
Gravelly range. |
