Jesus

By no other name can we be saved
Every knee above/below
Will bow down/adore/worship
For Mohammed is a prophet
Socrates is a philosopher
Buddha the enlightened one/ascetic
While Jesus is the Mediator/God-man
And truly Messiah
By no other name can we be saved.

This Is The Moment

This is the moment
when I see the dull sky
sprinkle pure white flakes
bending ponderosa pines fifty feet tall
creating a dripping "in tune"
as the sun shines through.
I smell the clean air, inhaling deep
within me, as I touch covered leaves
of flowers frozen, no longer to breathe
fragrance stifled by cleansing thereof,
imbuing soft stillness, I feel,
bringing peace within.

You Came Knocking

You came knocking
on my heart
and I said yes.
I welcomed you
with only love
not knowing such
is accepting sacrifice too.

All Poets

All poets share responsibility
for peace and freedom
of all mankind.
We are spiritually all one
to be serene, sincere,
faithful to our calling.
God answers "I can't take any more
evil from man."
