Synopsis

Rick Bowen and Steve Knox, two Harvard medical school bound college graduates, are induced by Rick's father, Senator Bowen, to attend St. Catherine's medical school on the tropical island of Provincia. Senator Bowen, along with his colleagues on the Senate Intelligence Committee, wants the boys to investigate strange occurrences on the island. After enrolling at what they think is St. Catherine's, Rick and Steve find out that they have been kidnapped and are in fact attending St. Albert's medical school. St. Albert's, they discover, is the command center of a conspiracy to take over the world. The instigators of the plot is a cabal of power-hungry drug lords and rogue scientists. The brains of the operation is a mad German/Japanese scientist, Dr. Akaharu Jinebright. The doctor feverishly works to create a new biological weapon which can be used to wipe out a city's population in hours. He had promised to make delivery of the weapon within one year - he has only one week left to make good. Rick and Steve try to foil Dr. Finebright. At the same time, they discover that three other medical students are also spies. They, too, are working for their students join forces and develop a plan. They think they have failed, but in fact Rick and Steve stumble onto the way to foil the plot and save the world.
